The first thing that introduce me into coffee is a short series on YouTube called Filosofi Kopi, originally from a movie based on the novel with same title by Dee Lestari. I know café latte, espresso cappuccino and so on from this series.
I am beginning to browsing the internet what is that I just heard, it encounter to latte art, something that really mesmerize me, that’s the thing that spark my interest. Another digging into the rabbit hole. Scrolling through some blogpost, YouTube tutorial on how to make a latte art without espresso machine. I was in high school at that time. I really think that continue my study in Australia in culinary and do a part time job as barista at that time, really-really push me to learn latte art.
Well I don’t or can’t study in Aussie and work full time job as a barista. Yeah a dream come true even though only some part :)
Pretty much Dee’s novel safe my life in a way, never thing of B plan in my life if something don’t goes according to plan ever before. Hmmmmm.
